ABOUT STUDIES AT UNIVERSITY
Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD) is a multidisciplinary educational, scientific and innovative complex with a well-developed infrastructure and modern material and technical base, which provides multi-level training of qualified specialists in various fields. The university has a number of unique scientific schools that carry out scientific and innovative activities and are recognised in Ukraine and abroad.
Education at the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design is provided in a full-time format. In order to ensure the safety of participants in the educational process, all university buildings are equipped with special reliable shelters that meet all necessary requirements.
The university successfully operates the ‘Modular Environment of the Educational Process of KNUTD’, which provides students with the opportunity to independently use electronic educational resources, including teaching materials for academic disciplines, submit reports, take tests, ask questions to teachers on forums and receive answers, find out about the schedule of classes, consultations, exams, learning outcomes and much more.
Students have access to the university's scientific and technical library, one of the largest among Kyiv's higher education institutions. It contains more than a million copies of scientific, technical and artistic literature. Students also have the opportunity to use a modern electronic library.
All higher education applicants residing in cities and towns outside Kyiv are provided with accommodation in a dormitory located near the University's academic buildings.
In order to create conditions for students to realise their creative potential and to encourage young people to pursue a healthy lifestyle, the University has a Centre for Culture and Arts and a Centre for Physical Education and Health.
Near the main building of the University, there is a beautiful, warm and cosy student café where you can enjoy a variety of dishes at affordable prices.
